printer queue

Hello.

I've just installed a Canon-BJC240 and configured it through the control
panel.  The setup has been pleasantly easy.  My question:  once I print
file (using lpr <filename here>) and I then want to cancel the printing,
how do I find what print jobs are on the print queue and then cancel them?

As well, is it possible to cancel individual print jobs?
