Too large of a partition?

Hello,

I am getting a new 7GB hdd... The server will be mail (running qmail) and
web server. Will have 1000 users...

Should I put all of them on a 6Gb large /home partition, or split home to
/home1 /home2 /home3 and make them separate partitions? What is the
largest partition size Lin can handle (taking that it will be new Pent
motherboard)?
