Installing if NT is there first

I have a Pentium Pro running NT WS 4.0. I have a 1 gig partition set
up to install RH 4.2.

What happens when I get to the LILO stage of installation? Where
should I put it - on the master boot record?  If I do put it on the
MBR, will that bring up the NT loader and I can boot into NT?
