Well if your computer is new and it has a big drive (over 1 gig), chances
are that it has and extended partition with several logical partitions
from the factory. Take a look at through WIN95 and see if there is a
c-drive, d-drive, e-drive et... If so, you may be in business. What you
have to do is move everything from the logical drives to drive c. If you
can't squeeze it all on there, you will have to delete some stuff. Then
once you have all the logical partitions empty, go ahead and run the fdisk
that comes with RH (don't use the DOS version). Then go ahead and remove
the extended partition (you'll have to remove all the logical partitions
from within the exteneded partition first). Ok so far. Now you have some
disk space to play with. Go ahead and set aside your Linux partitions,
and make an extended DOS partition with what's left (make some logical
partitions within the extended partiton). You should be set. NOTE: this
could be highly dangerous so make sure you are very careful and I am not
liable for any damage done to WIN95 in the process (although in most
people's eyes, damaging WIN95 is a good thing...)
Let me know if this works for you...
