On an unrelated note though - I have a new question:

With regards to INN - How does one become aware that a new newsgroups exists
and that I might want to add it to my active file?  How is the word about a
new newsgroup spread?  I know that some sites seem to "automatically" add\
newsgroups without human intervention - how is this done?
