need software configurator for ne2000 and ne2000t

I have inherited an old NE2000 card and an NE2000T card (made by Eagle
Technologies).  Neither of the cards have any jumpers for setting irq or
address so I assume that they originally came with a disk with a
configuration program.  Does anyone know where I can find one?
