Reinstall lilo ?

I have a big problem.
I added a new hard drive to my system and now it wont boot.
I need to reinstall lilo to the mbr but I don't know how to do that.
I can get into the rescue disks but can't find lilo anywhere.
Can some one please help me get my system booting again.

This is my drive layout.
Primary IDE - Contains 3 Misc Linux Partitions. / - /tmp - /usr --this is the
new root drive.
HD-3.8 gig
CD-ROM

Secondary IDE
HD- 200 Meg - OLD ROOT & Swap Partition -Want to mount as /oldroot
HD- 160 Meg - OLD HTML directory - want to mount at /home/httpd/html
