or "ervice>". Quoting (escaping, really) using back-slashes is iffy,
since there could be multiple levels, not all shells do EXACTLY the same
thing with back-slashes, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera [my kids just
discovered a new musical video called "The King and I" ;-)]. Quoting
using single or double quotes I find more reliable.
