KM-T5-T1 mainboard incompatibility

I am the unfortunate owner of such a mb ,one of the two listed in the 
hardware incompatibility page on redhat's site.

However,they say some BIOS upgrades could fix things out,so if you
own such a mainboard and
somehow convinced linux to work with it,PLEASE tell me HOW you did it...
(e.g. what's your BIOS version).

I upgraded to the latest version (1.6) found on the manufacturers
(www.jamicon.com) site,but it didn' work.

This is a DESPARATE cry for HELP,so PLEASE do not hesitate :-)
(I'm sick of wincrap...)
