Source Route Failed!

Subject: Source Route Failed!

When I checked out /var/log/messages I get the following entry:

kernel: ICMP: 207.152.96.180: Source Route Failed

What does this mean. But I have no problem with, getting on to the net or 
ftp-ing across network! Couls someone please enlighten me.
