Installation configuration questions

This is my first Linux installation (we're in the process of moving
several of our NT servers to Linux if I can get this first one set up
successfully). I've read the installation documentation regarding the
suggested partition sizes, but I'd like some more direct recomendations. 
This first server will only be running Squid for proxy caching and also
function as our primary DNS server. I don't plan on running any other
software or apps on this computer. Can anyone recommend what partitions
I should create, what size they should be, and what packages should be
installed?

We're installing Redhat 5.0 onto a PPro 200 with a 6.4 GB hard drive.
I'd like to create about a 5 GB cache on this system.
