more nfs problem info

I tried reloading the nfs rpm's from the redhat install cd, and it didn't
do anything any different at all.

I just grabbed the the nfs-server-2.2beta29-2.src.rpm and thought I'd try
to rebuild it, since I'm not having any luck with nfs for serving my file
systems outbound (see earlier message).

I did the following and the build failed:
