I'm sorry. I guess I wasn't clear enough. It's not the 
data transfer speed. To verify that I was connected, I went
to my ISP's webpage, and it loaded right up with no problem.

The problem is the application itself. Like trying to change from
Navigator to Messenger takes about 2 minutes.

Trying to get a New Message window to open, or a Forward window,
etc., takes a long time. That's why I said just deleting a 
message takes a long time. That shoudn't take much resources.

Trying to just get a drop down menu takes a while.

Before I exited, sending the messages in the outbox didn't
take long at all. It just took forever to get a window to
write them in.
