However, this is not a perfect world, and many browser/server
combinations will _not_ be able to handle it.  Add to that
the fact that it is a hard to remember, not for human hands,
URL, and it seems obvious to me that using spaces in filenames
is simply a bad idea.  Sure, you _can_ do it, and maybe you'll
get away with it, and _maybe_ in the future it will work just
fine, but using it at this point would be a mistake.

The very fact that this string got started proves my point.
