In your lilo.conf you'll need to add some lines on the order of:

other = /dev/sda1
	table = /dev/sda
	label = nt

...to get lilo to boot NT for you.  (You just type "nt", or whatever you 
set the label to, at your lilo prompt.)  Remember to run /sbin/lilo 
often.
