As a follow-up to my last message, when I try to run
/etc/rc.d/init.d/smb stop, bash says that it cannot find the file. When
I ls /etc/rc.d/init.d, smb is there and I can cat it out. I need to shut
the system down and re-start it to refresh SMB. I can see that the
service starts on startup. Is this a clue as to why I cannot access the
Linux drive?
Regards,
Brad
