First, you will have to upgrade to 2.0.35 from the Redhat Errata page.  Then you
will need to follow the instructions in the Redhat install guide on building a
modular kernel.  Remeber that if you don't have the install manual it is on the
Redhat site.  Your modules, if you have any should be in subdirectories under
/lib/modules/<Your Linux Rev Here>.  You are right about having to rebuild
the kernel.
