Try JDR Microdevices or MicroWarehouse. I've seen these in both their
catalogs.

However, I've not had good luck getting older BIOSes to recognize
IDE CDROMs. You might have better luck with an older CDROM on an
ISA interface card. Checkout JDR Microdevices, they're good for a lot
of this kind of stuff.
