ICQ is being abused in my office wasting a minimum of 2hours per day of some employees. It was my intention to block ICQ from 10.00am and 5.00pm.
Call me a bastard if you want but this great little FREE programme is costing me alot of money and my time.

PS. I'm not anti either of these programmes but when I'm trying to use command line tools on a server at the other end of my small isdn line the lag is killing me.
