real audio ports 
                          TCP port 7070
                          UDP ports 6970 - 7170 (inclusive) for incoming traffic only

ICQ is being abused in my office wasting a minimum of 2hours per day of some employees. It was my intention to block ICQ from 10.00am and 5.00pm.
