Hello,
I've had FLAWLESS setups for both my modems and ISP's thru the Network
Cofigurator and Modem tool. DNS #'s both primary and secondary, PAP,
password, phone number, login name etc.
Whether you chose to install those features I don't know. I am new ( <
year) to Linux and the _control-panel_ typed as such without the
underscore in root or an su shell from user in X worked FIRST TIME for
me.
