Re: ethernet and video cards for new PC



The one thing that would worry me about the Intel adapter is that an Intel
EtherExpress 10+ card came with our cable modem, and it did not get along
with Linux.  We replaced it with a Netgear FA310TX and all was well.  The
cable modem could care less, but unfortunately can only run at 10mbps.
Comcast intends to change that in the near future.
