Talk does not work.

Hi,

I am unable to execute the talk program as non-root and receive talk
via Internet.  I have Linux Redhat 5.1 and I have a TCP/IP connection
configured by the graphical Redhat package.

I have applied the command "mesg y" to allow receiving message and
talk.  However this is not sufficient.

Please tell me what I can do to solve this problem.
