Graham Hemmings' post seems like it should be very helpful, but I have
some questions.  First, neither mkisofs nor mkhybrid appear anywhere
on my system.  Which packages are they contained in?  (Is there some way I
can find out which packages they're in for myself?  Some kind of
web-resource maybe?)  Second, is the parameter "autoboot.img" specified a
foo.img equivelant, or is there actually some file out there somewhere
named "autoboot.img"?  If there is, where might I find it?  If there
isn't, can I use the boot.img which is used for floppies?
