I've got a Thinkpad 600, which is a new model - Noteboox sized, 233
Pentium MMX, Neomagic Display Card, 3c745TX PC Card Ethernet.
I've installed RedHat on a 755C before, but wanted to see if anyone had
any experience with the 600 series before I jumped into it.
Questions: I have RedHat 5.0, would 5.1 make a difference on
installation? I'd actually like to get the XBF Neomagic drivers - are
they in 5.1?
#2: the 755C required a boot option to flip a bit in the floppy. Will
this model also require that same option? Does anyone remember what
that option is?
Thanks!
