Re: CDROM busy



If your CD is properly configured you should NOT be able to eject it without
first unmounting it!

Linux sends a "lock media" signal to the CD-ROM to prevent this from
happening.

If you are actually able to eject the media, something is wrong either with
your CD, or it's settings... (a few allow you to manually modify the
computer's ability to lock the media...)
