RedHat 5.1 coexisting with fat32 partition.

I'm about to build a new system and intend to dual boot between Win95 &
Linux.  My question is will I be able to mount and read from/write to a
fat32 partition.  I know you can't install from a fat32 partition,
because I tried it once & it did not work.  Because of this I have a
feeling it's not possible.
