What is running it?

In majordomo what is running this command from the /etc/aliases file? When
I try and send a msg to 

perl-list tbaum com  I get this back.

I have daemon in the majordomo group, and from majordomo dir up its all
owned my owner/group majordomo.  What program needs to read the /lists
directory?
