RH 5.1, error in 2nd stage loader

I downloaded all RH 5.1 files from a mirror site and burned a CD. Unfortunately
I was not able to install from that CD. When the install process asks for a
medium I selected "local CD-ROM" and got:

...
method selection completed
state saved to /tmp
error in exec of second stage loader :-C
	error: No such file or directory

What's wrong? Is it just a file missing on the mirror? Does anyone have similar
experience?
