Howdy - I've recompiled my kernel twice - each time adding support for vfat
and iso9660 (or whatever the number is) - but each time I restart with my
new bootdisk - I get the same message "vfat (or iso..) is not supported by
the kernel"
I followed the directions in the redhat 5.1 book nearly exactly - i think
I did - make mrproper, make config (i even tried menuconfig), make dep,
make clean, make boot, make modules, make modules_install, mkbootdisk
--device /dev/fd0 2.0.35 - and the boot disk was created..
