Re: best cheap 1024x768x8bit card



Relatively cheap Sparc5?  What do you consider cheap?

Sorry but nope, I'm sticking with "cheap" as this isn't for a production
server, like most current Linux users I'm talking X for
entertainment/home use.

If you want a production server who cares how X looks, leave it at the
terminal window and get a lil 13" monitor.  At least I do for servers.

For those of us that see no need to buy a $parc for home use, keep the
vidcard settings coming in, but mail to me directly if you would to not
waste list bandwidth, I'll post the URL to the list when I get it up.
