Will Redhat work with V.90 3Com US Robotics PCI WinModem?

Hi

I am planning to buy a Dell, Pentium 3 at 450MHz system. I want to
partition the system into Linux and MS window. I was wondering if Linux
will detect and work with the PCI Winmodems, particularly, the one in
the subject. If not, any recommendation would be mostly welcome.
