Re: CD-ROM drive to install Linux



If all else fails you can do an install from the hard drive. I did that about a
year ago on my old compaq 486 66 because my old crappy cdrom wouldn't work. In
fact I still have that box with RH 5.0 running just for tinkering around. Linux
has come a long way since then :)
