RH6 desktop menus

I recently installed Red Hat Linux 6.0 (Intel) using the Workstation
Class
method.  I am using GNOME and Enlightenment.
When I make a right-button mouse click on a clean space on my desktop to

access the Desktop Menus, I never get the "Rescan Mountable Devices"
one.
What should I do?
I do not have any device icons on my desktop.
Any suggestion would be very much welcomed.
