I have an OLD Panasonic KX-P4410 Laser printer. It seems to be completely
compatible with HPIIP printer drivers, but unfortunately it only has .5
megs of memory. I have Ghostscript 5.50 for Win98 and it has a driver for
HPIIP at 150 X 150 resolution and it prints fine. (O.K., postscript at 150
X 150 sucks, but I can't get any more memory or a new printer at the
moment.) I also have the most recent version of Ghostscript for Linux
(5_50-3),
BUT lowest resolution allowed by the Red Hat print tool is 300 x 300. Can
anyone tell me how to modify the printcap file (or some other file or
something) so that I can get 150x150 dpi under Linux?
Thanks for anyone's help.
