DPMS problems in KDE

I am having a problem with my KDE, Whenever I start KDE an error message
pops up "DPMS not supported by server" and you have to click it to finish
starting KDE. I looked around for a DPMS option and could not find one. It
looks like its some kind of power management tool but how do i get it to
stop popping up?
