The Linux partition that you boot from needs to be on the first 1024
tracks of the disk. The easyest thing to do is to go in with fdisk.
and make a small partition for the Linux root then a DOS partition
and then a couple more Linux partitions. disk druid may have an 8GB
limit I don't know I don't use it. Use fdisk and it should work but
still you boot partition needs to be closer to the start of the disk.
