If your system allows it (your BIOS) just boot off the CD.  I've had to
go into the BIOS setups before in order to have the CD set as the boot
device.  It will boot from the CD, as before.  Then just go through the
custom install again, as if you're starting new.  If you're using disk
druid, delete the partions that were created before and create them
again.  This would be a good time to make any modifications to the
partitions that you initially setup.  After I did this on a few systems,
I have my own standard install procedure that I go through with
everything where I want it.
