Hi im arnold, this is my first time to post my problem about NFS installation.

during mounting the Redhat Directory:
Error: nfs mount failed: Permission denied
Error: i could not mount that diredtory from the server
I have a three computers my first computer is running RedHat 6.0 and i
configure it to be my nfs server with cd rom drive (ASUS 40x max) and a modem
for dial up access to my internet service provider. and my second computer is
also running RedHat 6.0 and i configure it as workstation. I want to install
redhat 6.0 in my third computer using NFS INSTALLATION. This three computers are
network together using ethernet network with 3com 3c509B - Combo each and 1
3com HUB (12 ports).
NFS Server
ip address: 192.168.170.10

netmask address: 255.255.255.0

domain name solar.com
hostname efw
This first worktation can access my cdrom drive in my nfs server using
mount command: Theres no error in it.
mount apm:/mnt/cdrom /mnt/cdrom
2nd Work Station: (to be installed RedHat 6.0 uslng NFS installation
This is the step:
Installation method:
NFS Image
Load module:
3com 3c509
Module Options:
Autoprobe
Boot Protocol:
Static IP address
Configure TCP/IP
IP address: 192.168.170.12
Netmask : 255.255.255.0
Default gateway (IP):
Primary name server:
Configure Network
Domain name solar.com
Host name ssc.solar.com
Secondary nameserver:
Tertiary nameserver:

NFS server name: 192.168.170.10
Red Hat directory: /mnt/cdrom
Then ENTER:
Result:
Error: nfs mount failed: Permission denied
Error: I could not mount that directory from the server
I really need somebody to help me to figure out why theres an error
during mounting of my cdrom using NFS installation. I dont understand why my
