how do i set an idle timeout on Cisco AS5300 Router (generally) + for specific users..?

I have an AS5300 Cisco Access Server and i want to be able to idle out
users (by default) after say 3 hours...? I also want to be able to set a
timeout on specific users..is there a way to do this other than
radius...?

any feedback would be great..?
