Electronics and PCB on Linux?

Hi;
  Could anyone tell me if there are any RPM's or sites
for Electronics stuff for Linux? I design and build
small projects as a hobby. I use 'EasyTrax' and
"TinyCad', both freeware for dos/win.
  I expected that Linux would have lots of Digital
design / PCB layout / I.C. data stuff, but I can't
find it.
  I run RH6.0 on a P166/64M X-Win.
