sometimes I get very confused when I see people refering to things as
worthless or useless, just because they don't need them ( or can't figure
out what to do with them). But is a tank useless just because you live
in New York City and can't park it on the street? I guess even the best
piece of software, or for that matter even hardware would be useless if
you live in a small cave on a lonely island with no access to electricity...
I am confused by advocacy groups - are they dumb? Or do they think other
people are? "Our way/product/etc. is the best!" Yeah, it's just that I
don't drive a car and have no need for a bow and arrows, I don't go
hunting, don't shoot at people and have no need for your semi-automatic
all-weather gun. I smoke cigarettes and don't care what you think and if
I die tomorrow. I drink only one kind of vodka 'cause it's the one that
never gives me hangovers for breakfast and I don't care which one is "the
best!" 'cause even the best things on earth are not worth a dime if you
don't need them or can't use them (or drink them :).
