Not to my knowledge.  I know their Atlas 10K drives are VERY nice.

Not to badmouth Maxtor, but we have had many of their drives die.

Now, if your system seems to kill drives reliably,
I would be concerned.  What do you mean by dying?
Any particular time or known cause?
