I would attempt a custom install (choose Custom during the install process).
During this time, you would have access to Disk Druid. Use Disk Druid to see
your mount points as you create them. Because of your disk size, I would,
also, suggest you check option for "use linear mode". This should enable LBA,
and that should help. You might also see you previous mount points during Disk
Druid, and you could edit these as well.....Hope this helps......
