Name resolution

Hi Everone,

I have a server with RH 5.2 installed on it and 2 windozs boxes hooked
to it.  I can ping any box from another by number but not by name. The
same is for telnet. 

This is my host file:

127.0.0.1       localhost.localdomain   localhost
192.168.1.254   server.reynolds.com     server
192.168.1.1     up.reynolds.com         up
192.168.1.2     down.reynolds.com       down

What am I overlooking here?
