Install ATI Rage Fury card

Much to my chagrin, I recently emptied out my old message list, assuming
I could access this mailing list archive, then purchased an ATI Rage
Fury card.  I know I've seen info to help install this card and now need
it.  I downloaded and rpm'd the XFCom file but otherwise can't get the X
system to run.  What's the trick?
