Get /etc/passwd, /etc/group, and move their home directory.
Of course, if you're using shadow passwords, you'll need to
use a utility. (Is this covered or do you need to remove/add?)
If you remove/add, you'll need to specify the old UID to ensure
that file ownership is preserved.
