install-info

Got a redhat advisory yesterday about sharutils not being Y2K 
compliant.

Immediately downloaded the new recommended one and tried to upgrade:
   rpm -Uvh sharutils*

Got a message about a missing dependency:
   needs /usr/bin/install-info: No such file or directory

Looked in /usr/bin and found install-datebook, install-jar, 
install-memo, install-todos and install-user. But no install-info.

What is install-info and from where do I get it?
