Unfortunately, this is quite true.
I've been on the list for abour a year and a half now, I think.
There are a lot of repetitive questions.  However, if the problem
is simply a failure to have read the HOWTO, then having a HOWTO
that says, "Read the HOWTOs!" will hardly help matters.

A lot of new stuff does get hashed out on this list from time to time,
and there are some subjects that really could use better HOWTOs,
if they even have one currently.  I've meant to write up some things,
but never got time to.

If anyone would like to write some help/HOWTOs, they are welcome to.
