Just install the whole system in ONE partition. All 4 of my Linux
Red Hat machines have just two partitions for Linux, one for Linux
"native" (hda1) and one for swap (hda2) . Real simple stuff. That
lets all directories grow accordingly.
Two of the machines are dual boots (win95) with an additional
partition but that is another topic.
